Meet Maria Ysabella Pego

Maria Ysabella Pego, founder of Salon Bellissima, is an accomplished Master Stylist and color specialist known for her artistry, technical expertise, and dedication to exceptional client care. Originally from Brazil, Maria has spent years refining her craft through advanced training with some of the industry's most respected educators, including Min Kim, Ted Gibson, Robert Cromeans, Garren, Mike Karg, and Jo Blackwell-Preston.

Since opening Salon Bellissima, Maria has built a reputation for creating beautiful, personalized looks that enhance each client's natural beauty. Her passion for precision cutting, dimensional color, and continued education has helped establish Salon Bellissima as one of Cambridge's premier boutique salons.

Gabriel is a talented hairstylist specializing in natural hair and transformative color services. With over a decade of experience in the beauty industry, beginning his career in Brazil, he has developed a reputation for creating healthy, beautiful hair while enhancing each client's natural texture and individual style.

Since 2018, Gabriel has focused on refining his expertise in natural hair, combining technical precision with a personalized approach to every appointment. His passion for hair extends beyond cutting and coloring—he is dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best through customized styles that complement their unique features and lifestyle.

Committed to ongoing education and the latest industry techniques, Gabriel continually expands his skills to bring fresh ideas and modern trends to Salon Bellissima. His goal is for every client to leave the salon feeling confident, refreshed, and excited for their next visit.

Maria Ysabella has a gift for cutting and styling hair and for caring about her customers/clients. I came to her with a chopped up cut and over a period of months with cuts every two months. My haircut is now just as she promised it would be. I am very happy to highly recommend her.
